精萘的生產標準

精萘是有機化學工業(yè)的重要原料,廣泛用于生產合成纖維,橡膠,樹脂,染料以及制取炸藥等。目前除少數(shù)焦化廠根據需要生產精萘以外,大部分廠生產含精萘大于95%的工業(yè)萘。工業(yè)的萘是煤在煉焦時生成的,90%以上的萘存在于焦油中,少量的萘殘存于經初冷器冷卻后的煤氣中。
Refined naphthalene is an important raw material in organic chemical industry. It is widely used in the production of synthetic fiber, rubber, resin, dyes and explosives. At present, except that a few coking plants produce refined naphthalene according to needs, most plants produce industrial naphthalene containing more than 95% of refined naphthalene. Industrial naphthalene is produced during coal coking. More than 90% of naphthalene exists in tar, and a small amount of naphthalene remains in the gas cooled by primary cooler.
焦油蒸餾所得的萘洗混合分或酚萘洗混合分經洗滌脫酚后的萘油即為生產工業(yè)萘的原料。工業(yè)精萘大都用精餾法生產,可分為間歇式和連續(xù)式兩種方法,目前多采用單爐單塔,單爐雙塔或雙爐雙塔生產工藝雙爐雙塔工業(yè)萘連續(xù)精餾工藝流程。
Naphthalene oil obtained from naphthalene washing mixture or Phenol Naphthalene washing mixture obtained by tar distillation after washing and dephenolization is the raw material for the production of industrial naphthalene. Industrial refined naphthalene is mostly produced by distillation, which can be divided into batch and continuous methods. At present, the production process of single furnace and single tower, single furnace and double tower or double furnace and double tower is mostly adopted, and the process flow of continuous distillation of industrial naphthalene with double furnace and double tower is adopted.

已洗萘洗混合分或已洗酚萘洗混合分于原料槽中加熱到85~90℃,靜止脫水后,由原料泵送至熱交換器,與工業(yè)萘蒸汽換熱到200℃左右,進入70層浮閥初餾塔,由初餾塔頂采出酚油,塔頂蒸汽溫度控制在185℃左右。初餾塔底已脫除酚油的萘洗油用熱油泵送往初餾管式爐加熱至270℃左右再返回初餾塔底,以熱油循環(huán)方式供給初餾塔熱量。
The washed naphthalene washing mixed fraction or washed Phenol Naphthalene washing mixed fraction is heated to 85 ~ 90 ℃ in the raw material tank. After static dehydration, the raw material is pumped to the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the industrial naphthalene steam to about 200 ℃ and enter the 70 layer float valve primary distillation tower. The phenol oil is extracted from the top of the primary distillation tower, and the steam temperature at the top of the tower is controlled at about 185 ℃. Naphthalene wash oil with phenol oil removed from the bottom of the primary distillation tower is sent to the primary distillation tubular furnace with a hot oil pump for heating to about 270 ℃, and then returns to the bottom of the primary distillation tower to supply heat to the primary distillation tower in the form of hot oil circulation.
在初餾塔熱油循環(huán)過程中,從熱油泵出口管中分出一部分萘洗油打入70層浮閥精餾塔。工業(yè)萘從精餾塔頂采出,塔頂工業(yè)萘蒸汽溫度控制在218℃左右。工業(yè)萘蒸汽在熱交換器與原料換熱后,進入汽化冷凝冷卻器,被冷卻到95~105℃后流入工業(yè)萘回流槽。
During the hot oil circulation of the primary distillation tower, a part of naphthalene washing oil is separated from the outlet pipe of the hot oil pump and pumped into the 70 layer float valve distillation tower. Industrial naphthalene is extracted from the top of the distillation tower, and the steam temperature of industrial naphthalene on the tower top is controlled at about 218 ℃. After exchanging heat with raw materials in the heat exchanger, the industrial naphthalene steam enters the vaporization condensing cooler, is cooled to 95 ~ 105 ℃ and then flows into the industrial naphthalene reflux tank.
一部分工業(yè)萘作為精餾塔回流以控制精餾塔頂蒸汽溫度(與初餾塔頂類似),一部分經轉鼓結晶機冷卻結晶后得到工業(yè)萘片狀結晶成品。精餾塔底由熱油泵將殘油送至精餾管式爐加熱至300℃左右,打回精餾塔底,以熱油循環(huán)方式供給精餾塔熱量。從熱油泵出口管分出一部分殘油作為低萘洗油,經冷卻器后進入低萘洗油槽。
Part of the industrial naphthalene is refluxed as the distillation tower to control the steam temperature at the top of the distillation tower (similar to that at the top of the primary distillation tower), and part is cooled and crystallized by the drum crystallizer to obtain the industrial naphthalene flake crystalline finished product. At the bottom of the distillation column, the residual oil is sent to the distillation tubular furnace by the hot oil pump, heated to about 300 ℃, returned to the bottom of the distillation column, and the heat of the distillation column is supplied by hot oil circulation. Part of the residual oil is separated from the outlet pipe of the hot oil pump as low naphthalene washing oil, which enters the low naphthalene washing oil tank after passing through the cooler.
